We were met with the task of refreshing this home in order to place it on the market. The desire was to create a modern or rustic farmhouse theme. With new exterior components such as doors, windows, soffits, fascia, roof, and paint, we matched the interior to the exterior. What resulted was a beautiful home that sold the same day it went on the market.

Desiring a usable recreation space for children, our project was to complete a basement using the existing pre-framed layout. Storage was key in this project so utilizing every space possible was necessary. With the selection of colorful, bright finishes, a versatile playroom that will transition as the children grow was created.

Our clients reached out to us desiring a combined office space. With both clients working from home and no existing window in the space, two of the main concerns were lighting and storage. To provide more storage, a custom built-in (equipped with ladders hidden on both sides of the base cabinets) was designed for the back wall. To provide more lighting, we incorporated Ketra/Lutron lighting systems (controlled lighting that follows the circadian rhythm) throughout the space. The colors chosen intend to invoke productivity and creativity.

A stylish, rejuvenating space to relax and unwind was desired for this client, who requested a remodel for her guest bathroom in her 2,000 square foot home. With the help of a family member (who also happened to be a color specialist), we created a color palette and selected finishes that would help bring her vision to life.
