The Color Pop Residential Remodeling Process

Our residential remodeling process is built on genuine passion, love for our craft, unwavering dedication, and clear communication.

It's a labor of love!

We will determine a budget that works for you, and provide options.

Step Two: Determine Budget

The design consultation is the first step in the process, and is complimentary. It takes place in your home or the intended jobsite and lasts for about an hour. Prior to the consultation, you will receive a questionaire to help us better understand your project.

Step One: Initial Design Consultation

We will measure your space, take photos, and gather all research needed before completing a 3D rendering of your project to present to you in your home.

Once you agree on the design, we will set up a walk-through appointment with the subcontractors. We will also finalize material selections.

This portion of your project may take more than one meeting, and will require a retainer fee.

Step Three: Schematic Design

Should you decide to move forward with the design presented, we will conduct a walk-through with the subcontractors involved.

Construction documents will be drawn and we will be able to determine a more accurate estimate after this phase.

Step Four: Walk-through

We will confirm all measurements, adjust the project scope, and adjust the estimate if needed.

A contract will be given and a deposit will be collected. We will order selected products and assign a project begin and end date.

Step Five: Final Design & Contract

We will set a meeting with the sub contractors to review the project scope and discuss all the details to prepare for construction.

Step Six: Pre-construction Meeting

During this last step, we will complete a final walk-through with you to discuss the project and make sure that you are satisfied!

Step Eight: Evaluation

The project phase begins. We will visit the job site periodically to make sure the project is executed as planned.
